The new JIH phase focuses on living in grand style. We are introducing the 3v house type — a more spacious version of the popular 5+kk house, with larger gardens and finishing to a plus standard. The phase offers 4 house types; each unit comes with a private garden and two parking spaces.

Special prices for the first 3 reservations
Valid only for the first 3 signed reservation agreements, provided the reservation fee is paid within 3 working days and, no later than 31 Aug 2026, the future purchase agreement (SOSB) is signed and the purchase-price deposit paid (10 % with a 90% mortgage, 20 % with other financing). After three reservation agreements are signed, we switch to standard prices.

We are opening a sales centre right on site on K Lomu street in Horoušany. You can also view the finishing standards on site — please arrange your visit in advance.

A house with three residential units, our most economical option, now in a 5+kk layout. Each unit comes with a private garden and two parking spaces.
Construction of the JIH phase begins
In summer 2026 we begin construction of the new JIH phase. The estimated completion date is July 2028.
Phase 4 — sales launched
As we complete the first part of the Horoušany locality, we have launched sales of the fourth phase.

The city council has approved the street names of our project.

Payment terms
Payment within 5 days of signing the reservation agreement: CZK 150,000.
After signing the future purchase agreement and issuing the building permit: a payment of up to 20 % of the purchase price.
The remaining purchase price according to payment terms agreed individually with each client.
(Standard procedure — up to 60 % on completion of the shell construction, up to 80 % on completion of the building without final surfaces, up to 90 % on completion or final approval, up to 100 % after final approval and completion).
The seller reserves the right to change the payment terms during the course of the project.
