Scope of personal data processing
4 DEVELOP REALITY s.r.o. processes the following about its clients:
- Identification data – first name, surname, title, date of birth, permanent residence, marital status, birth number, ID card number
- Contact data – permanent residence, telephone number and email address
The company does not process sensitive data, nor does any automated decision-making or profiling take place.
Purpose of processing
The data serves the following purposes:
- First name, surname, email and telephone number for communication within business dealings and for feedback
- Identification data for concluding brokerage and reservation agreements
- Data for preparing contractual documentation (purchase agreements, future purchase agreements)
- Mandatory processing under Act No. 253/2008 Coll., on certain measures against the legalisation of proceeds from crime
- Sending commercial communications about news and services – this can be declined at any time
Processing of children’s personal data
Our activities are not intended for persons under 16 years of age. We do not process the personal data of persons under 16.

The data is processed on the basis of:
